Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase. Two short stories entitled 'Passengers' and 'Aid Station' take the reader to the depths of exploration of outer space.

Two Tales Of One Tomorrow

The first one captures the reader's attention with the discovery of cockroaches on board the ship! In 'Aid Station' a fierce battle is occurring and an interesting event takes place. I enjoyed both of the stories and if I had to choose my favorite I would select 'Aid Station'. This author writes in an engaging manner and both short stories are well written.

Highly recommended especially for sci-fi fans If you miss Golden-age spacefaring sci-fi from authors like Clarke and Asimov, these short tales will please. The author explores light, dark and profound tones with solid writing -- good descriptions and a broad vocabulary well-informed by genre classics.

Years on tour

Double pleasure for hardcore sci-fi fans. These two stories are a delight and a fun read. Well written, with vivid characters, dialogue and imagery. Shades of Ray Bradbury and Robert Heinlein.

Patin knows how to tell a good story. I look forward to other issues of his e-zine. These two short stories are related nicely, with Passengers being a nice setup for the much later in time story Aid Station.

This is classic scifi of the Golden Age! It echoes with Ancient Races and questions about the origin of humanity. Very enjoyable. Gotta read more of Patin's stories in the Prime sequence! Science fiction in its short form played a major roll in my reading experience, especially in younger days when I was limited to whatever my hometown library had on the shelf. The stories in this one-man publication took me back to that time. Entertaining new fiction to me, anyway , and pleasant memories made for a very good read.
